Scott Rendall
is President of a multi-truck cleaning company in Michigan. Rendall is a 2nd generation carpet cleaning business owner
and his entire family has been involved in the professional cleaning
industry since 1983. He joined the US Air Force in 1984, immediately after high school, and joined his father's business in 1994 after retiring from the Air Force. He
purchased the family business in 1998. Rendall provides assistance to owner/operators as
well as multi-truck business owners through results: NOW one-on-one specialized
mentoring services and is co-author/co-founder of the popular BRC Business Systems Manuals. His unconventional sales and negotiation training is a “MUST SEE”
experience.
Dan Burk - CFO
Dan Burk
is President of an expanding cleaning and restoration company in Edmonton,
Alberta
and has been involved in the cleaning industry since 1991. Like many cleaning/restoration entrepreneurs, Burk once worked for a multi-truck company and got the itch that he could do better work and make more money
by striking off on his own. Of course he was right! Whether owner/operator or multi-employee company, Burk knows that business success can be found through structured systemization and working smarter, not
harder. It's little wonder he is one of the
co-founders/co-authors of BRC Systems; he highly enjoys working with other business owners to help them achieve their dreams of success.

Keith Collins is currently the president of a multi truck restoration company. Collins has been a member of the restoration and cleaning industry
for over 20 years. He has employed a large amount of staff in his career and completely acknowledges the highs and lows of being a business owner with or without employees. Although far from a trained accountant, Collins understands how to make
a cleaning and/or restoration businesses profitable and successful by delving in depth with the numbers that drive companies everyday. Being a co-founder and co-author of BRC Systems has not only been
rewarding to him personally, it has also helped to put a real shine on his own business.
